As we head into fall, a Thanksgiving celebration is a special way of spending precious time with family and friends. It’s also a time to reflect, recognize and appreciate all of the wonderful things in our lives and of course have an extra slice of pumpkin pie!
In October, Rocky Ridge will be hosting some Thanksgiving events including Thanksgiving ‘Happy Hour’ with entertainment by David Lee, a ‘Pumpkin Spice Social’ and a Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings.
There will be outings to some unique places including Aspen Crossing Dining Car for lunch, William Watson Lodge for a barbecue and Bragg Creek for the annual scarecrow festival.
Later in the month, our residents will have the opportunity to dress spooky or sweet at our Monster Mash celebration with entertainment by ‘Walkin’ on Sunshine’.
